How often do you add new tools?

We add new sets and sizes several times each quarter, as soon as they pass inspection and land in a US warehouse. Subscribe to the newsletter at the bottom of the page to hear first.

Are new arrivals covered by the same warranty?

Yes. Every Heydake product has a 30-day money-back guarantee and a 1-year limited warranty. Email support@heydake.com and we will make it right.

Do you ship to all US states?

Yes. We ship to all 50 US states, with delivery in 3-7 business days. Orders over $29 ship free; smaller orders have a $4.99 flat shipping fee. Tracking is emailed the day after your order is processed.

What is the return policy?

30-day hassle-free returns. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email support@heydake.com and we will issue a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item.
