Question 1

How does Build Your Tool Box work?

Accepted Answer

You choose four things: the handle, the bits or sockets you use most, the storage case, and optional engraving of up to 12 characters in 5 fonts. Heydake assembles the set in-house from those parts and ships it as one kit.

Question 2

Can I put my own branding on a custom tool set?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Engraving of up to 12 characters is available on the handle in 5 fonts and 2 positions, and larger orders can be quoted with OEM packaging under your own brand. Email support@heydake.com for trade and bulk pricing.

Question 3

Is a custom set more expensive than a standard set?

Accepted Answer

A custom set is priced per configuration, so you only pay for the handle, bits or sockets, case and engraving you actually choose. Because Heydake assembles in its own workshop and ships from US warehouses, custom sets stay close in price to equivalent fixed sets.

Question 4

How are custom tool sets shipped?

Accepted Answer

Custom sets ship from US warehouses in Texas and Los Angeles with the same delivery windows as standard orders: 5-8 business days standard, 3-5 business days expedited, and free standard shipping over $29.
