Will these bits fit my drill or impact driver?

Yes. All bits use the standard 1/4-inch (6.35 mm) hex shank. They fit almost every drill, impact driver and bit holder sold in the US. Use the magnetic bit holder in the larger sets for a better grip on screws.

How do I stop bits from stripping screws?

Three simple rules. Match the bit to the screw (PH2 for a #2 Phillips screw). Press down firmly while you turn. Replace the bit when the tip looks worn. Heydake bits are hardened to HRC 58-62, so they stay sharp longer.
