Hot Picks: frequently asked questions

If I only buy one Heydake product, which should it be?

Start with a screwdriver and bit set. It covers furniture, fixtures, electronics and appliances. If you already own a drill, add the 12-piece reciprocating saw blade set for pruning, demolition and pipe work.

Do these picks go on sale?

Prices are already set low for direct-from-factory selling, so big discounts are rare. Current offers show as a sale badge on the product. Orders over $29 always ship free in the US.

Do you ship to all US states?

Yes. We ship to all 50 US states, with delivery in 3-7 business days. Orders over $29 ship free; smaller orders have a $4.99 flat shipping fee. Tracking is emailed the day after your order is processed.

What is the return policy?

30-day hassle-free returns. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email support@heydake.com and we will issue a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item.
