Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

• Standard Shipping — 5–8 business days — $4.99 (FREE on orders over $29)
• Expedited Shipping — 3–5 business days — $12.99

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Areas
We currently ship to the United States and Malaysia. Free shipping thresholds are applied automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
